Often weaving stories into yoga sequences for engagement, we encourage partner work and creative movement, aiming to teach your child an array of poses. We incorporate mindfulness techniques and breathwork, tools that can help children stay calm and present. Perhaps this will be the beginning of your child’s lifelong yoga journey. If not, he or she will at least enjoy playing yoga freeze!
We will now meet every other Wednesday morning at 8 in the gym. Dates for 2017: 9/14, 9/28, 10/11, 10/25, 11/8, 11/29, 12/13. First graders and up are welcome (unless younger children have experience). We look forward to another year of yoga fun!
